Expert tasting note: (2022 vintage) "The deep, dark, opaque black-purple colour, loses almost no intensity to the rim & stains the glass. The dark, juicy, hedonistic black-fruit aromas are overlaid by exotic, cedary spices. The palate is full-bodied & silky-textured with a graphite core. Juicy black-cherry fruit on the finish is supported by lovely grainy, fine, gripping tannins. The structured finish lasts well, combining graphite, black-fruit & a mouthwatering tannic bite." - 04/23 DCAMW
