Expert tasting note: (2018 vintage) "The deep, dark ruby-red color is virtually opaque. Aromas are a touch restrained at first, but comprise ripe dark cherry fruit with touches of raisined over-maturity. The palate is rich, opulent black fruit with plenty of cedar & vanilla oak influence. Fine, ripe tannins layer chocolatey notes on the finish, which thanks to warming alchol is rich & round.
