Moët & Chandon Brut is a brand of champagne produced by the Champagne house Moët & Chandon in Epernay, France. It is made from a blend of grapes of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier varieties, and is known for its crisp, dry flavor and delicate bubbles. It has aromas and flavors of citrus, green apple, and toast, and is often enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood or white meats. This Champagne was previously labeled as 'White Star'.
